A Sticker Cutting Machine (also called a vinyl cutter or cutting plotter) is a computer-controlled device designed to cut precise shapes, letters, logos, and graphics from adhesive materials such as vinyl, sticker paper, reflective sheets, heat transfer vinyl (HTV), and many other media. It is an essential machine for signage shops, print studios, T-shirt businesses, advertising agencies, mobile skin shops, and packaging industries.

In sticker production, half cutting means that the blade cuts the sticker shape on the upper layer without cutting through the release liner. The blade applies just enough pressure to cut the vinyl or sticker paper surface, leaving the backing intact so stickers can be peeled easily from the sheet.
